RoBe Athletic Wear's Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition with tags attached, within 28 days for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please mark the parcel CUSTOMER SERVICES, quoting your order number and the reason for the return. Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Please ensure that the garment is tried on for fit before removing any swing tags and hygiene guards.  Leotards can only be returned it the hygiene guard has not been removed.

*Personalized garments and special designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty. Please ensure you order the correct size.

While we make every effort to meet deadlines we can not be in control of shipping delays.  Please make sure to order your products on time for your event, allowing 10-12 weeks from design to in hand.  If a deadline is missed due to no fault of our own, we will give you partial refund for your order of 50% store credit. 

Stock items ordered online may be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt as long as they have not been worn, washed, or altered from their original condition.

This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.*

*Faulty goods may be returned at any time up to 30 days from the date of purchase and thereafter at the discretion of the Company.

Exchange Policy

If your leo arrives and it doesn’t fit perfectly, no worries!  We will happily exchange the leo only for your correct size.  Items must be unused, unwashed and with the tags intact.  Please email info@Robeathleticwear.com letting us know what size replacement you would like.  Once we receive the original leo back we will ship out a new one.  Please mail the leo back to us with a printed copy of your email to:

We recommend you send it inside a plastic bag within a small poly bag available at your local post office and use USPS with a tracking number.  You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a monthly subscription any time. If you purchased a prepaid subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your prepaid term.  A tremendous amount of work goes into designing the perfect leotard for your RoBe Athletic Wear.  All of the leotards are custom ordered and as a result we do not offer refunds.
